Sample Training Schedule (Monday – Saturday)

08:00 am – 09:30 am

Morning training session including warm-up drills, riverside running, skipping, shadow boxing, and pad work.

09:30 am

Nutritious Thai breakfast.

10:30 am – 03:00 pm

Free time to relax, recover, enjoy the sauna or ice bath, explore the area, or rest.

11:00 am – 12:00 pm

Optional private training session with an experienced coach. Personalized coaching focused on fundamentals, technique development, and advanced skills. (800 THB per session)

03:30 pm

CrossFit / Strength & Conditioning training.

04:00 pm – 05:30 pm

Muay Thai & Western Boxing training focusing on advanced techniques, drills, and sparring.
