Me and my son had a wonderful experience at JP gym. The instructors were patient and provided excellent teaching for two beginners. I would definitely recommend this gym and hope to come again in the future.

Excellent Muay Thai session delivered to a group of 17-19 year old English college students. All staff were extremely accommodating and made us feel completely welcome. The trainers running the sessions were very informative and patient and ensured we all understood the techniques even despite the language barrier. Will definitely be returning in our next visit with a new cohort of students to experience this valuable insight into another culture.

Amazing experience great coach really cool gym

Amazing experience. We took a group of 24 students to experience real Thai boxing and they loved every second. They learnt everything from the basics to an amazing demonstration from some young prospects. The staff were amazing, patient and so encouraging. I could not recommend this experience more!!

Very good experience. The people are nice, the food is good, and the training is challenging. I would like to stay longer, but unfortunately, it is time to go back home. I will really miss everyone in this camp and I am already looking forward to the next time. Jp-Family for life

This is an outstanding Muay Thai gym that offers far more than just excellent training. The classes are kept small enough that everyone receives individual attention, while creating a welcoming atmosphere where you’ll meet people from all over the world. The staff are genuinely friendly and go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable, whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced fighter. Beyond the training, the gym has everything you need to recover well, including yoga, saunas, and ice baths. The home-cooked Thai meals are a real highlight, providing fresh, authentic food that is perfect after a hard session. Located in the underrated city of Phitsanulok, this is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for an immersive Muay Thai experience, whether you’re travelling solo, with friends, as a couple, or with family.

I was fortunate enough to be able to train at JP for 4 weeks, and it was one of the best experiences of my life. I initially booked just 2 weeks, unsure whether a beginner would fit in, but I loved it so much I extended without hesitation. The entire staff makes you feel truly welcome regardless of your Muay Thai skill level. Every training was challenging but super fun. All the instructors are highly skilled and truly care about your progress, tailoring bag and pad work to target areas where you are struggling. All the facilities at the gym are great - sauna, ice bath, weights. The gym serves authentic Thai food that is fantastic. I also highly recommend doing the yoga classes as well, the instructor is incredible. Thank you to Jay and Ploy for creating such an amazing environment where I never felt like just another customer but always felt like family. I also want to thank Kru Songkom, Kru Art, Kru Niniew and the rest of the staff for making this experience so memorable. I highly recommend a stay at JP and can’t wait to come back!

Just completed a 4 week Muay Thai camp at JP Boxing, and it was one of the best experience of my life. I am fitter, stronger and can now fight! A Muay Thai camp was something I always wanted to do since I was young and 36 years later, I finally got the opportunity to do one. After extensive research, I chose JP Boxing in Phitsanulok. I wanted an authentic, beginner friendly experience and JP Boxing delivered exponentially. I immediately felt welcomed, and any pre camp fears were gone straight away. I chose to stay within the camp itself to immerse myself in the training. The room was very comfortable and if I had any issue it was felt with immediately by the team. The food was amazing every day and was healthy and nutritious. The cook in the camp should work in a Michelin Star Restaurant! As for the training, it is twice a day for 6 days. Obviously it is tough for a beginner but I feel a million times better in myself. Tough but extremely satisfying. The best part of the camp are the trainers. Kru Song Kom, Kru Art and Kru Niniew were absolutely fantastic! They have exceptional knowledge in Muay Thai and boxing and brilliant patience for beginners like me. These 3 are incredible trainers. Kru Song Kom has a wealth of experience, passion and elite knowledge about the sport of Muay Thai, Kru Art brings high energy and exceptional skill in Muay Thai and Kru Niniew displays brilliant skill and top knowledge to boxing. But most importantly, they became my good friends. They are wonderful people. All my fellow camp mates who were here when I came or joined, were really nice and added to the great experience. I gained some valuable friendships while in the camp. Phitsanulok is also a wonderful city. If you are looking for an authentic Thai experience, than Phitsanulok is your stop. It has beautiful temples, vibrant night markets and wonderful people. It is very chill and relaxed, which helped me a lot with my training. Finally, to Jay and Ployy who run the gym, they are wonderful people. They are awesome at making people feel welcome to the camp. They are pillars of the community and bring a family oriented feel to the camp. In summary, I can't recommend JP Boxing any higher! If you are a beginner starting at a late stage (36 years old) or an experienced fighter, this place is the best for an authentic Muay Thai experience. To Jay, Ployy, Kru Song Kom, Kru Art, Kru Niniew, all the staff and fellow trainers (and Manny the dog!) thank you for a brilliant and life changing 4 weeks.. see you next year! 🙏🏻

Amazing Month at JP Boxing, Phitsanulok I have just finished a month of training at JP Boxing, and it has been one of the best experiences I’ve had in Thailand. A huge thank you to Jay and Ploy, who make everyone feel welcome from the moment they arrive. They have created a friendly, professional, and supportive environment that makes the gym feel like home. The trainers, especially Song, Kon, and At, are absolutely fantastic. Not only are they highly skilled and dedicated coaches, but they are also incredibly fun to train with. Every session was full of hard work, but also plenty of laughs. We were always joking around and smiling during training, which made even the toughest sessions enjoyable. Their positive energy and sense of humour created an atmosphere that I will really miss. The facilities are excellent, with quality equipment, plenty of training space, and everything you need to improve your Muay Thai. The food was also great, helping us recover and enjoy the full experience of training in Thailand. One of the things that makes JP Boxing so special is the sense of community. Everyone looks after each other, and after a month it genuinely feels like being part of a family rather than just being a customer at a gym. And of course, I can’t forget Money, the gym dog! She became part of everyone’s daily routine and always seemed to join us during stretching sessions. I’ll definitely miss seeing her every day and having her “help” with recovery after training! Thank you to Jay, Ploy, Song - Kon, At, Money, and everyone at JP Boxing for an unforgettable month. I learned a lot, improved my Muay Thai, made great memories, and met amazing people. Das Camp war eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Egal ob man Anfänger oder Fortgeschritten ist man wird immer gefordert und durch die Trainer die auf jedes Detail achten verbessert man sich sehr schnell. Das Essen und alles außerhalb vom Training war auch sehr gut und es wurde sich um alles gekümmert. Kann es jedem nur empfehlen
